William Elliott Whitmore- “A Good Day to Die”

I saw William Elliott Whitmore last night at a little place in Lansing. Not only is he one hell of a performer, but an incredibly nice man as well. At the end of his set, he ran off the stage and personally thanked everyone who was there before heading back for an encore. Once he was done for real, he stuck around as long as there were people who wanted to talk to him. He’s no Jay-Z, but Whitmore has a good sized following in the folk world. The fact that he was so gracious to every single person who came to see him blew me away. If you ever have the opportunity to catch him, do it. Immediately.
